Downloaded to use as a virtual tip jar for live music performance and it says to set up my tip jar, I had to get verified. So I click "get verified" and it goes to a blank screen in the app with no options to do anything. In essence, the app was useless for one of it's originally intended purposes.
Installed immediately uninstalled. They didn't send me a confirmation email
Sent them for approval and haven't gotten one in a year. Plus there is zero support.
As a musician using TipMonkey to collect tips, I have been pleased so far with the app. I am concerned that others are having a bad experience, but mine has bern good.
